Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using GovCon Command Center ("Service"), operated by Trapier Management LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
GovCon Command Center provides AI-powered automation tools for monitoring government contract opportunities, tracking RFP deadlines, and delivering intelligence briefings through integration with SAM.gov and other data sources.
3. Subscription Plans & Billing
3.1 Free Trial
New users receive a 14-day free trial with full access to plan features. Trial automatically converts to paid subscription unless canceled.
3.2 Paid Subscriptions
- Starter Plan: $97/month
- Professional Plan: $197/month
- Enterprise Plan: $397/month
3.3 Payment Terms
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. All payments processed securely through Stripe. Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes. You authorize automatic recurring billing.
3.4 Cancellation & Refunds
Cancel anytime from your account dashboard. No cancellation fees. Access continues until end of current billing period. No refunds for partial months or after 7 days of paid service.
4. Acceptable Use
You may NOT:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Share account credentials with others
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute our data commercially
- Access SAM.gov data beyond authorized scope
- Use the service to send spam
5. Intellectual Property
We retain all rights to the Service, software, and content. You receive a limited license to use the Service only. You retain ownership of data you input.
6. SAM.gov Integration
We integrate with SAM.gov's public API. Data accuracy depends on SAM.gov's data quality. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by SAM.gov. Users must comply with SAM.gov's terms of use.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- SERVICE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES
- WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
- TOTAL LIABILITY LIMITED TO AMOUNT PAID IN LAST 12 MONTHS
- WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR MISSED OPPORTUNITIES OR BUSINESS LOSSES
